About the Role

• Loading and unloading materials to and from designated storage areas, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles.
• Stacking or piling materials, such as lumber, boards, or pallets, to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
• Verifying system inventory matches floor inventory to maintain accurate records.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Selecting the correct processes from clearly prescribed rules, past practices, or instruction.
• Seeking advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from your supervisor.
• Working under close supervision, exercising limited latitude and independent judgment.

Work Environment

As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you'll work in a comfortable indoor area with minimal discomfort. You'll be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for periods of time, and make repetitive movements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, preferably with forklift experience.
