About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Auto Insurance Advisor to join our team at 10102 HUB Intl Canada West ULC (Prairies). As a key member of our business operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to clients regarding auto insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing accurate and efficient advice on auto insurance products and services.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Level 1 Insurance License or willingness to obtain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
