Position Overview

The Delos Santos Family is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver bedside and personal care to clients.
  • Administer prescribed medications as directed.
  • Assist clients with bathing and maintaining personal hygiene.
  • Support clients in regular physical activities, such as walking.
  • Manage laundry and care for household linens.
  • Perform light cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Provide personal care tailored to individual needs.
  • Shop for groceries and household necessities.
  • Prepare meals in accordance with dietary requirements.
Certifications
  • CPR Certification is required.
  • First Aid Certification is required.
Physical Requirements

Ability to handle weights of up to 45 kg (100 lbs) is necessary.
