Job Summary

Oyster Freight Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service in the repair and replacement of automotive glass components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to estimate repair costs and plan work to be performed.
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Operate specialized equipment, such as soldering tools, to repair or replace damaged glass components.
  • Replace front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components as needed.
  • Clean and maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Work Environment

As an Automotive Glass Repair Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical demand. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 35 to 44 hours per week. The work language is English.
