About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Rudolph Exterior Property Services Inc. As a Window Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the exterior glass surfaces of our clients' properties are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces to a high standard.
  • Work at heights and in outdoor environments, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' properties and their specific glass cleaning needs.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Dependability, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

As a Window Cleaning Specialist, you will be working outdoors and at heights, with regular exposure to the elements. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing situations.
