We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a casual Educational Assistant (EA) with the York Region District School Board.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with special needs in a variety of educational settings.
  • Assist teachers and other educational staff in implementing individualized education plans.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with developmental delays or disabilities.
  • Collaborate with other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. education, special education, child and youth care).
  • Experience working with students with special needs.
