Supervisor of Security Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Tag International Investigative and Protection Services. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Security Team: Lead and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring they are equipped to handle emergency situations and provide exceptional customer service.
- Emergency Response Planning: Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure the safety of our clients and employees in the event of an emergency.
- Security Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our security team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their security needs are met and exceeded.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods, physically demanding work, and tight deadlines.
