Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Vail Resorts. As a key member of our staff housing operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the residence.
  • Deep clean and prepare units for new residents, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
  • Operate industrial washer and dryer equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes.
  • Sanitize, sort, and fold linens, and make beds for new residents.
  • Assist in implementing changes to cleaning systems and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with the Lead Hand Cleaner and management team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Report any damage, maintenance issues, or supply needs to the Lead Hand Cleaner.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to support the overall success of our staff housing operations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate our core values: Serve Others, Do Right, Drive Value, Do Good, Be Safe, Have Fun.
  • Be physically able to fulfill duties and work four ten-hour days.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Previous experience preferred, but training will be provided.
  • BC driver's license - Required.
  • Proof of satisfactory criminal record check.
