Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our retail environment at Bal Parihar Enterprises Ltd. This position involves overseeing daily operations and managing a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 employees, including apprentices and volunteers.
  • Task Delegation: Assign specific duties to sales associates to optimize workflow and customer service.
  • Recruitment and Training: Facilitate the hiring process and coordinate training programs for new staff members.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges effectively.
  • Payroll Oversight: Manage payroll processes to ensure accurate compensation for staff.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
