Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Chaska Indian Street Food. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of East Indian dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their dietary requirements.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of East Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
