About the Role

The Manager, Finance Business Partner is a key member of the Corporate FP&A team at Questrade Financial Group. This role is responsible for delivering insightful financial information and analysis to the executive team to support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business unit leaders in the preparation of financial forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and evaluate various opportunities using financial valuation methods.
  • Conduct financial modeling projects on operational short-term and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
  • Provide monthly and annual operating results analysis against budget and reporting results to business unit leaders.
  • Lead and assist with special projects within the Finance team.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field.
  • CPA designation.
  • 5+ years of related work experience in FP&A, with at least 2 years at a leadership level.
  • Exceptional Excel skills and experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
  • Advanced PowerPoint/Google Slide skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of leadership.
