Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 241 PIZZA AJAX. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
