About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Glenwood Care Center / Agassiz Seniors Community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including observing, monitoring, and documenting their physical and psychological conditions.
  • Assist with personal care and support emergency staff scheduling as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control practices and assess resident health status.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program.
  • Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN.
  • Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification.
  • Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
