Grounds Maintenance Manager

Oakridge Landscape Contractors is seeking a highly skilled Grounds Superintendent to oversee year-round exterior commercial property maintenance in the Toronto and GTA area.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage multiple commercial sites throughout the Niagara area, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Supervise grounds-keeping crews, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Develop and implement snow removal and ice management strategies for numerous sites during winter months.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with contractual scope of work and company standards.
- Make quick, smart decisions to address maintenance needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Degree or diploma in Horticultural Studies, Construction, Landscape, Applied Technology, or Construction Management (asset).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial property maintenance and groundskeeping.
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driver's Abstract.
