Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our retail store team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example with a customer-driven attitude, providing exceptional service to our customers;
  • Ensure each employee delivers an incredible experience for our customers;
  • Participate in recruitment efforts, provide training, and deliver feedback on a regular basis;
  • Manage day-to-day operations, delegate effectively to meet deadlines, and control inventory to ensure profitability;
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Minimum 2 years of retail experience and 1 year of management experience;A high level of initiative and entrepreneurship;Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a customer-driven environment;A strong sense of organization and structure;Ability to move and/or lift up to 65 lbs, with heavier merchandise requiring team assistance.
