Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Franchise Management Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales and profit results through effective leadership and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a shift of Team Members to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve sales and profit targets.
- Implement cash control and security procedures to minimize losses and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Motivate and direct Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
- Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase the restaurant team's capabilities and raise restaurant performance.
- Set an example for Team Members by working hard to implement shift plan and drive operational results.
- Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.
- Motivate Team Members during shift on each of the workstations.
- Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant.
