Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role

Work Environment:

  • Retail, wholesale, or distribution sector

Work Arrangement: This position requires on-site presence; remote work is not available.

Financial Oversight:

  • Responsible for budgets ranging from $1,500,001 to $8,000,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate resources effectively to execute organizational strategies and initiatives
  • Authorize the creation of major departments and appoint senior management
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments
  • Set organizational goals and approve policies and strategic programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff to foster optimal working conditions
  • Oversee project management initiatives
  • Design and implement business solutions through information systems
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; oversee promotional strategies and human resources planning
