About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Line Worker to join our team at RB Tek Concept. As an Assembly Line Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort, Pack, and Crate Materials and Products: You will be responsible for sorting, packing, and crating materials and products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist Machine Operators and Other Workers: You will assist machine operators and other workers in the production process, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform Labouring and Elemental Activities: You will perform other labouring and elemental activities as required, including cleaning machines and immediate work areas.
Requirements
  • Education: You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: You must be proficient in English or French.
  • Work Environment: You must be able to work in a noisy environment.
  • Work Setting: You must be able to work in a furniture manufacturing company.
  • Physical Capabilities: You must be able to handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and have manual dexterity.
  • Weight Handling: You must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: You must have punctuality, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and be a team player.
  • Experience: You must have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
