**Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team at Wipro Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical components of our solutions, leading technical resources, and reducing project technical risk.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Manage a small team of analysts, developers, testers, or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as an entry-level specialist with expertise in particular technology, industry domain, process, application, or product.
- Project Management: Responsible for the functional and technical track of a project.
- Custom Solution Development: Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including significant work in Apex, VisualForce, and application integration patterns.
- Technical Decision Making: Judges the tradeoffs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that fit the constraints of the project.
- Technical Expertise - Salesforce: Serves as the technical expert on projects focused on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and the Salesforce platform.
- Business Technology Solutions: Designs and implements business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically Salesforce.
- Release and Environment Management: Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, and testing.
- Client Collaboration: Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solutions.
- Mentorship: Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members, including offshore team members.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead.
- Technical Skills: More than 6 years of experience with Salesforce development.
- Certifications: One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud).
- Knowledge: Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Visualforce.
- Integration Patterns: Knowledge of Salesforce Integration Patterns Multiple Salesforce Project deployments including release and environment management.
- Eligibility: NOT ELIGIBLE FOR VISA SPONSORSHIP.
