As a Guest Services Agent at Marriott International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests, from check-in to check-out.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
* Secure payment and activate/reissue room keys
* Verify and adjust billing for guests
* Communicate with staff to ensure guest needs are met
* Operate the telephone switchboard station
* Run and check daily reports
* Provide directions and information to guests
* Answer and process guest calls, requests, and questions
* Arrange transportation for guests
* Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift
* Cash guest checks and process payments
* Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any reports of theft

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* No related work experience required
* Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
* Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
