About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and positive individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting members and guests with enthusiasm and knowledge
  • Presenting the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers
  • Working at the front desk, answering phones, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Conducting studio tours and introducing new members to our community
  • Collaborating with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Selling memberships and promoting our services
  • Handling member concerns and resolving issues in a professional and objective manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
