About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Planner to join our Surface Treatment Department at Raytheon ELCAN. As a key member of our Manufacturing Engineering Team, you will play a critical role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining department processes and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges
  • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to optimize surface treatment processes
  • Develop and maintain work instructions and departmental documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and/or Metallurgy
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a production environment
  • Technical ability to interpret drawings
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
