Job Summary

We are seeking a Logistics Integration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Marketplace within our Logistics team and will be accountable for several key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Intelligence/Planning
    • Develop weekly/monthly historical sales analyses for Marketplace SKUs.
    • Collaborate with the Marketplace Strategy/Finance Manager and Regional Commercial Team to establish monthly and quarterly volume forecasts. Monitor performance against forecasts.
    • Generate monthly procurement forecasts and collaborate with suppliers regarding future needs.
    • Develop the weekly Marketplace procurement plan and share it with the Solutions Analyst for order creation and submission to suppliers.
    • Monitor with respective teams to ensure mitigation strategies are executed on time.
    • Project: Process transformation - integration of Marketplace into the o9 platform.
  • Inventory
    • Daily reconciliation of BEES application inventory and maintenance of discrepancies between warehouses for all active sites within the BEES Marketplace.
    • Analyze inventory data on a weekly basis to understand gaps within the network and identify potential risks related to supply chain operating costs (SCO).
    • Identify and develop strategic solutions for service levels and SCO-related risks and report to respective teams - Ensure follow-up with respective teams to ensure mitigation strategies are implemented on time.
    • Lead weekly SCO review with Marketplace, Commercial, SI, Deployment, and Logistics teams (S&OP weekly and/or other routine meetings).
    • Ensure timely completion of incoming GRIR and manage vendor payment/factoring issues with Marketplace vendors.
    • Continuous communication with the warehouse to improve reports and escalate reporting issues.
  • Operations Audits (T1/T2)
    • Establish audit trails and maintain records.
    • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the transportation and warehousing of products.

Requirements

  • Bilingual French/English (asset)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics
