About the Role

  • Design and implement robust security controls for cloud environments, ensuring the protection of sensitive information and vital assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security standards, procedures, and roadmaps that align with our organization's goals.
  • Provide expert-level security consulting for internal projects, ensuring that security is integrated into every aspect of our operations.
  • Analyze existing information security capabilities to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancement.
  • Partner with Security Operations, Technology/Data Risk, and other teams to optimize security processes, tools, controls, and governance.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing security controls for cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of security standards, procedures, and roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Industry-recognized certifications, such as SABSA - Security Architecture.
