Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Tilesetter Supervisor to oversee our tilesetting operations at 11424955 CANADA INC. This role is essential in ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the field is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and prepare production reports and other documentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of tilesetting workers and various projects.
  • Plan and schedule work activities effectively.
  • Oversee the training of apprentices in the tilesetting trade.
  • Set up and maintain machines and equipment used in tilesetting.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Make recommendations regarding personnel actions.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Order and requisition necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Provide leadership and instruction to team members.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position involves supervising a team of 3-4 tilesetters.
