About the Role

FUTURE-TECH CANADA is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Training and Development: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
  • Log Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise other technical support workers in this group, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
