Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks.

- Team Leadership: Supervise other technical support workers in this group, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
