About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Talbot Arm Motel Limited. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Staff accommodation provided, room and board provided, remote location, willing to relocate, hotel, motel, resort.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
