Logistics Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Clark's Harbour Seafood Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours per week
