The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a similar capacity, with a technical understanding of cladding, building envelopes, and rainscreen systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Comprehensive knowledge of cladding and rainscreen systems is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project management.
- In-depth understanding of Ontario Building Codes and the ability to interpret construction plans.
- A valid Ontario Driver's License is mandatory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and monitor project activities on-site.
- Manage and oversee project budgets.
- Plan and maintain project timelines.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders for necessary materials.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, providing essential support and consultation prior to and during project initiation.
- Conduct regular site visits, providing progress updates and identifying deficiencies.
- Foster close collaboration with trades and communicate project requirements to installation teams.
- Ensure all safety documentation is completed and maintained for each project.
