The Thunder Bay office at BBA will consist of diverse multidisciplinary teams that support the project lifecycle in the power, mining, and metals industries, collaborating with personnel from other BBA locations. Certifications and Job Requirements Overview

  • University degree in engineering or a relevant diploma.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a consulting engineering environment.
  • Experience managing P&L responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with the mining and metals sector or the power industry.
  • Extensive network within the power and/or mining and metals sectors.
  • Comprehensive understanding of multidisciplinary engineering practices.
  • Proven experience in team engagement and management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative management skills.
  • Interest and experience in business development.
  • Background in organizational development and managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
