Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Quik Chik. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food service counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Restock supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized storage area.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
