- Assist in preparing annual budgets to ensure financial stability and growth
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services to inform business decisions
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 40 hours per week
