Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets to ensure financial stability and growth
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
