About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at Kile & Julia. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a loving and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and supervision to children, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to children.
  • Engage in activities such as games, outings, and educational programs to promote children's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Establish a daily routine that includes rest periods, playtime, and educational activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's daily activities, meals, and sleep patterns.
  • Collaborate with parents to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to children, including soothing and calming techniques.
  • Administer medication and perform first aid as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in child care and development.
Requirements
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in child care or a related field.
  • College diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
