We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at pt Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality counselling services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based counselling services to clients with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences to discuss client progress, treatment plans, and any barriers to treatment.
- Deliver high-quality reporting and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
- Registration with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors or the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
- Experience in case conceptualization and treatment of a range of mental health symptoms.
- Knowledge of psychological management of chronic pain and concussive syndrome an asset.
- Training and experience with cognitive behavioural therapy approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, CPT).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, solid judgement, and integrity.
