About the Role:

Metro Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our operations, assisting in the development of projects, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to our operations team
• Assist in the development of projects from conception to implementation
• Ensure the smooth functioning of our server infrastructure
• Develop and implement technical solutions to meet business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment
• Participate in the design and development of technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of Java and its ecosystem
• Experience with SAP Commerce 6.7 (Hybris) is a strong asset
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Experience in agile development methodologies
• Bilingualism is an asset
