Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare metal surfaces for polishing by cleaning, degreasing, and removing any dirt or contaminants.
  2. Polish metal surfaces using various hand-held tools, such as sanders, grinders, and buffers.
  3. Apply polishing compounds and abrasives to achieve the desired finish.
  4. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  5. Perform routine maintenance on polishing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery of products.
Requirements
  1. Prior experience as a Metal Polishing Specialist or similar role.
  2. Excellent knowledge of metal polishing techniques, tools, and materials.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality finishes.
  4. Experience working with different types of metal, such as stainless steel, aluminum, and brass.
  5. Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings and specifications.
  6. Physical stamina and strength to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects.
  7. Good communication and teamwork skills.
  8. High school diploma or equivalent education required.
  9. Additional certifications or training in metal polishing is a plus.
