Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at IN & OUT CONVENIENCE STORE. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Kitchen Operations Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure that the kitchen and work areas are clean and sanitized at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Team Leadership: Train and develop kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Work Environment

As a Culinary Specialist at IN & OUT CONVENIENCE STORE, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, but you will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
