We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at CRCE Construction Ltd. as a key member of our outdoor maintenance crew.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, applying fertilizers, and watering and tending to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including chain saws, sod cutters, sprayers, tractors, and power mowers.
  • Perform weeding, pruning, and trimming tasks to maintain the appearance of gardens and landscapes.
  • Collect and dispose of refuse and debris from outdoor areas.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance an asset.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, and snow. The work environment will be physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
