Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Torrid. As a Sales Associate, you'll provide an amazing shopping experience for our customers, making them feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating the register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
  • Operate the register, handling sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Be fashion-focused and stay up-to-date on current trends
