About the Role:
Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Grocery Clerk. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Point-of-Sale system, complete customer purchases, and package items accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain shelf and display stock, and organize all goods intended for sale, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Receive, store, and manage product from vendors, adhering to inventory management procedures.
- Assist with regular clean-up duties to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
About You:
We are looking for a team player who:
- Enjoys organizing and has a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and adapting to changing situations.
- Is a strong communicator, able to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Is physically able to lift 50lbs or greater, meeting the demands of the role.
