About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Virgenia Aquino. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, pick up debris and empty trash containers, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning preferences and needs.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organized, reliability, patience, and honesty.
