Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Over-the-Counter Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As an Over-the-Counter Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the Pharmacy Department in achieving sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all practices consistent with the Privacy Act.
  2. Maximize department sales and profit with direction from the Pharmacy Manager.
  3. Rotate stock and check for expired products.
  4. Zoning the department.
  5. Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
  6. Keep the area N.C.O. and free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
  7. Maintain zero pricing errors (i.e. Scanning Credibility Program).
  8. Calibrate equipment used in the prescription filling process.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
