Senior Project Manager, Rail Signals and Communications

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Rail Signals and Communications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project pursuits and prepare proposals to secure new business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Plan and manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Lead and mentor junior project management and controls professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (electrical, electronics, software engineering, etc.) + 6 years of relevant experience in project management in rail for signals OR Technical Diploma + 8 years of experience in project management in rail and/or signals.
- Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 years or more of relevant experience in public rail and transit.
- PMP certification.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in at least one of the following sub-disciplines: LRT and Freight rail, Signalling & Train Control (CBTC, ATC, ATO, ATP, PTC, fixed block, level-crossings, OCC workstations and software, interface to OCC video wall, and others).
