Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and driven Electrical Estimation and Project Management Specialist. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in electrical estimation and project oversight, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently. This position demands superior communication and organizational abilities, along with meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate comprehensive cost estimates for electrical projects, encompassing labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Evaluate project plans, specifications, and requirements to define the scope of work.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Oversee and coordinate all stages of electrical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Guarantee that projects are finalized on schedule, within budget, and adhere to the highest quality standards.
  • Track project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Compile and present project status updates to clients and management.
  • Identify and address potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical estimation and project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • PMP certification is advantageous.
