National Rent-All Inc. is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers, backhoes, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy equipment to perform excavation and site servicing works, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
  • Service layout, grading, and foundation excavation, utilizing your expertise to deliver high-quality results.
  • Load and unload heavy equipment and materials, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and customers, providing updates on job progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain equipment in good working order, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Track and document activity logs, ensuring accurate records of work completed and any issues encountered.
  • Work in various weather conditions, adapting to changing environments and priorities.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in heavy equipment operation, with a strong focus on excavation and site servicing.
  • 3 years of experience in service layout, grading, and foundation excavation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to operate a variety of manufacturer controls, including Deere, Hitachi, and CAT.
  • Proficiency in maintaining grade during excavation using laser technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and customers.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and supporting the company's mission.
