Job Title: Operations Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at Swiftwood Forest Products. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with a fast-paced environment
