About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at Plantech Control Systems Inc. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining electrical systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Installation: Design and install electrical systems, including single-phase services, underground wiring, and surface mount cables.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including identifying faults and implementing corrective actions.
  • Testing and Commissioning: Test and commission electrical systems to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
  • Code Compliance: Ensure that all electrical systems meet relevant codes and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop junior electrical technicians and apprentices.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electrical systems installation and maintenance.
  • Certifications: Electrician Trade Certification.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
