Daytime and Evening Team Member/Shift Lead

Firehouse Subs Ottawa is seeking a motivated and team-oriented individual to join our team as a Daytime and Evening Team Member/Shift Lead.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing food and fulfilling orders. You will also be responsible for compiling orders accurately and in a timely fashion, assisting with opening and closing of the location, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Prepare and portion food according to Firehouse Subs standards.
  • Compile orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, tables, and floors.
  • Ensure adherence to all Firehouse Subs standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to follow direction and work with minimal supervision.
