About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Ikendale Farms Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the farm, ensuring the health and well-being of animals, and maintaining high-quality crop production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor animal health and implement measures to prevent disease and injury
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed at all times
  • Maintain accurate records of crop production and animal health
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform general farm duties as required
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
