Job Opportunity: Associate Professor / Professor – Statistical Sciences

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our department as a full-time tenure stream professor in the area of Statistical Sciences. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated capacity to contribute to an undergraduate curriculum in the health sciences, which may be demonstrated through teaching accomplishments and experience, a research agenda that addresses questions relevant to the health sciences, and endorsement from referees.

The ideal candidate will have an established international reputation and will be expected to sustain and lead innovative and independent research at the highest international level, and to maintain an outstanding, competitive, and externally funded research program. The candidate is expected to contribute to initiatives associated with the new Scarborough Academy of Medicine and Integrated Health (SAMIH).

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate research excellence through a record of sustained high-impact contributions and publications in top-ranked and field-relevant journals, the submitted research statement, presentations at significant conferences, distinguished awards and accolades, and other noteworthy activities that contribute to the visibility and prominence of the discipline.
